Each lady is a unique, one of a kind creation, individually and beautifully designed by God himself.

This important truth inspired our Annual craft event held on March 3 where over 25 ladies gathered to fellowship and create beautiful handmade cards.  Thank you to all the talented crafters who patiently instructed us.   A huge thank you for your willingness to share your amazing ideas for cards so that we could then bless someone else when we give them away. 

Just like the cards we crafted,  We were all made to fill a purpose that only you can do. Would you join me in a prayer that ladies young and old could embrace this today.

Spring is HERE !

Outside my kitchen window, I  can see the row of farm equipment "sitting pretty" and  ready to go for the planting season.  My farmer hubby has worked all winter getting ready for this time of year and he is eager to jump on the tractor seat and begin the new planting season.

             So it is in my own life as well, 

             I'm ready to go....   Ready to start something new. 

 My mind is always planning ahead and eager to jump
 into another Bible Study. 
 I am so EAGER to GET TO A NEW SEASON  that sometimes

            I forget to stop and thank God for the harvest that just happened.

I know I have to be intentional in my life to do this, so I was very glad my calendar contained  a recent Harvest Celebration. (without it on the calendar the "new season" would just crowd out my need and desire to thank God, and I would wonder if God really had done anything in my life through this season.)

Our Ladies Bible Study on Ruth concluded with a "Harvest" time. How refreshing and encourageing it was to come together,  to recognize God had been tilling the field, God had  been planting his crop, and  God had indeed brought things to harvest in our hearts. 

If you are also in a season of concluding a Bible Study, Devotional, or other journey with God,  remember to look back and celebrate the HARVEST before moving on to your NEW SEASON.

We gleaned encouragement from each other one last time
